Star Trek is awesome, so I made some whimsical fan art.
Lame story to go with the image:
"Security officer, personal log.
Yesterday, mostly as an attempt at humor, I asked the rather attractive, newly arrived Romulan agent out for a date, and to my shock she accepted the invitation. I took her to a Klingon restaurant, where she displayed a remarkable inability to withstand the intoxicating effects of blood wine. I escorted (carried, more like) her back to her quarters, where she demanded I remained so that I may endure a several hour long, very drunken and near poetry-like speech she liked to call "The 101 reasons Romulus rocks, and the Federation socks..!", before she finally passed out and allowed me to sneak out.
Patience must truly be a virtue, and mine must have made some sort of impression, because just now she asked when the next date is due..."

Scene: USS Endurance, Captain's Ready Room. Acting Captain Kain (Vulcan/Klingon Hybrid) and 1st officer T'Pala (Vulcan) are reviewing data files:
Kain: "This one's from before the Dominion War. Reminds me of the stuff I had to sift through when I was in Intelligence. Drunk on bloodwine?" (Laughs.) "I was drinking it just after I was weaned!"
T'Pala: (Raises eyebrow.) "Your enjoyment of ethanol is well known, Captain. Perhaps she would have fared better with Romulan Ale?"
Kain: "Maybe… I just wish he'd noted a few of those '101 reasons'. With this upcoming joint Federation/Romulan/Klingon exercise, I need all the information I can get! We're allies, maybe we should act like it? The Romulans love being mysterious for mystery's sake. I think I can rein in my uncle, but D'Uwolh and his crew are very much an unknown factor. All three of us must cooperate, or else this will turn into a farce."
T'Pala: "Duly noted, Captain. However, I believe you will 'pull this off', with your usual mixture of intelligence, guile, and audacity."
Kain: "Well, yes. But always remember, audacity comes first…"
